酸辣湯 Hot and Sour Soup
材料:
黑木耳絲30克、紅蘿蔔絲30克、竹筍絲30克、酸菜絲10克、豆腐絲30克、肉絲60克、蛋液1顆
Ingredients:
30 grams shredded black fungus,
30 grams shredded carrots,
30 grams shredded bamboo shoots,
10 grams shredded sauerkraut,
30 grams shredded tofu,
60 grams shredded pork,
1 egg white.
調味料:
鹽1小匙、糖1/2小匙、白醋3大匙、白胡椒粉2大匙、香油1大匙、高湯1200c.c.、太白粉水適量
Seasoning:
1 teaspoon salt,
1/2 teaspoon sugar,
3 tablespoons white vinegar,
2 tablespoons white pepper,
1 tablespoon sesame oil,
1 tablespoon,
clear soup broth 1200 cc,
a sufficient amount of cornstarch mixed with water.
作法:
1.將食材加調味料煮勻
2.勾芡淋入香油加蛋液即可
1. Combine the ingredients and seasonings and cook them evenly.
2. Thicken with cornstarch mixture and sprinkle with sesame oil. Finish by adding the egg white.
